Compact units for oil separation

During well-drilling, complete well overhaul, clean-up and oil production, extracted products cab contain oil and water. The extracted components can be pure and emulsified, and can be of different state in a product, thus complicating further oil refining. To solve this problem the constant two-phase liquid separation into two different flows by centrifugal efforts is applied. The separation is made by the special centrifuge.

The units offered are a breakthrough in science and technology.

They are not used in the territory of the Russian Federation due to a restricted patented technology of the West, although they became widely-spread in the USA and Europe and created a commotion there.

Oil and Gas Metering System

Computerized metering complex solves problems connected with quality control and registration of natural gas quantity at all stages of its transportation and use. Hydraulic Brake Expander
is used where small cooling capacity (up to 100 kWt) is required and expander power conversion into electric power or gas compression is not economically feasible.

Compressor Expander
has much more extensive application. Gas is compressed in a centrifugal compressor after heavy hydrocarbons separation in a steam-and-water separating drum. The unit has a common shaft with one of expander wheels and one compressor wheel which are shaft opposite. This turbine expander type is used in process cycles for decrease in gas temperature (refrigeration) and for process gas pressure increase due to compressor stage operation.
