Application: used for drilling, core drilling, galvanizing, unrolling, facing, and boring. The machines are widely used in all the types of mechanical machining.

Design Features:

  • The line is fitted with new hydraulic mechanisms of gear and feed change preselectors. The machines are equipped with spindle head, traverse and column hydraulic clamps
  • Movement forward/backward, stop (braking), as well as spindle movement to neutral position is made by one lever

Application: drilling and deep boring

Drilling Machines with Numerical Program Control

CE150 type is destined for deep boring from 80~110 mm, makes both rough and finish turning from 90~150 mm. Max. clamping diameter is 1400 mm, max. diameter of the workpiece clamped in front spindle bore is 580 mm. Workpieces and tools are placed and rotated for different machining (cutting). Power and manual drives can be used for machine parts to move.

CE 180 type is used for deep boring max. up to 30~110 mm, and turning up to max. 180 mm. Max. workpiece diameter is 300 mm. Boring bar can rotate or be fixed for cutting of different types.

CE 200 type is a special boring unit which is able to make conical bore boring by various forming tools. Max. workpiece diameter through spindle bore is 580 mm, max. supporting structure length is 10 m. Power and manual drives can be used for machine elements to move.
