Scope of application:

Boring and turning machines

Machines of this type are suitable for machining parts for all industrial applications. Cylindrical surface turning /boring, taper turning, facing, channeling, cutting. Both roughing and final operation are possible

Features:

  • Table is equipped with high-accuracy thrust-ball bearings for roller guides
  • In spindle radial fixtures two rows of cylindrical  roller bearings are used, which is improving the rotating accuracy and table load capacity
  • Vertical support is equipped with a five-angle turret head, 4-position side head, both supports are hydraulically balanced
  • Vertical support has a sleeve bearing of a drive screw for horizontal and vertical shift drive
  • Delivery of additional equipment for side head, digital control device and tools for taper turning can be made upon request
  • Main electronic components made by Siemens

Boring and turning machines

 Scope of application: roughing and final part processing (turning of cylindrical surfaces, boring of internal openings, turning of internal and external cones, endface turning, channeling, threading, bowing).

Processed materials: iron and iron-based alloys, non-ferrous metals, and several types of non-metallic materials in combination with hard alloys and porcelain and ceramic ware.

Features:

  • Feeding is being performed from AC servomotor
  • Universal type of a control system has a construction allowing reinstallation to CNC
  • Thermal-stable and symmetrical table construction
  • Table spindle is installed on precise cylindrical roller bearings with adjustable radial clearance. Table is characterized by high accuracy of rotation, greater loading capacity and by a minimal thermal deformation due to constant lubrication of hydrostatic guideways and thermoregulating oil supply device, installed in an axial direction
  • Table speed is being controlled with the help of a main drive, which in its turn is being activated (2-stage speed switching) by the AC motor (16-stage speed switching). DC motor can also be delivered upon request
  • Horizontal guide ways of a cross-beam head – hydrostatic relieving guideways. Guideways of the cross-beam head vertical travel – sliding guideways
  • Digital readout unit and grinding wheel head electrical spindle are being delivered upon request. (*in text - electr. spindle grinding wheel head)

Scope of application

Boring and turning machines

Roughing and final part processing: turning of cylindrical surfaces, boring of internal openings, turning of internal and external cones, endface turning, channeling, threading, bowing. Processed materials: iron and iron-based alloys, non-ferrous metals, and several types of non-metallic materials in combination with hard alloys and porcelain and ceramic ware.

Features:

  • Main drive is being controlled by the AC servomotor by two switching steps (gear box ZF, Germany)
  • Gear box is equipped with a special grounding for providing highly efficient transmission, noise reduction and smooth speed in a high-speed mode
  • Table has a Thermal-stable and symmetrical construction. Spindle is installed on precise cylindrical roller bearings with adjustable radial clearance. Table is characterized by high accuracy of rotation, greater loading capacity and by a minimal deformation due to high-precision thrust-ball bearing, installed in an axial direction in relation to roller guideways, and due to oil temperature cooling device
  • Linear dual-purpose direction of roller guideways ensures highly efficient transmission and high accuracy of heads and their feeds.
  • CNC system: SIEMENS or FANUC
  • Other control systems can be offered upon the Customer’s request
  • This series of machines is being divided into high-accuracy type, standard type and heavy type
  • The following additional equipment can be delivered upon the Customer’s request: buffer unit, integrated  tool regulator, tools for boring and milling, table and feed indexer, cooling device (with grounding), left head, control system, etc.

  • Table speed is being controlled with the help of a main drive, which in its turn is being activated (2-stage speed switching) by the AC motor (16-stage speed switching)
  • Table has a Thermal-stable and symmetrical construction. Spindle is installed on precise cylindrical roller bearings with adjustable radial clearance. Table is characterized by high accuracy of rotation, greater loading capacity and by a minimal deformation due to constant lubrication of hydrostatic guideways and thermoregulating  oil supply device, installed in an axial direction

  • This series of machines is being subdivided into universal type and CNC type, and machines with CNC are subdivided into standard and heavy ones
  • Table speed is being controlled with the help of a main drive, which in its turn is being activated by a DC motor with the help of 2-stage vertical axial gear shifting
  • Spindle is installed on precise cylindrical roller bearings with adjustable radial clearance. Table is characterized by high accuracy of rotation, greater loading capacity and by a minimal deformation due to constant lubrication of hydrostatic guideways and thermoregulating oil supply device installed in an axial direction
  • Boring and turning machines with CNC
  •  AC servomotor (immediately connected with a ball screw), which controls the ball screw with the help of gear set, being integrated into the feed box and serving for regulating accelerated head travel
  • Cross-beam head of machines with CNC is constantly moving along hydrostatic guideways in a horizontal direction, and vertical slide bars move along roller and sliding guideways of the tool rest
  • Digital readout unit and grinding wheel head electrical spindle can be delivered upon request
  • Left and right legs are fixed on the foundation, but separately from the table not being connected with it.
